New Haircut
About 6 weeks ago, I began to get that itch to change my hair again. To fully understand this phenomenon, you must know that I have had the same basic hairstyle for the last 10 years. My hair grows obnoxiously fast due to be obnoxiously healthy. It doesn’t curl, it refuses to color beyond a simple highlight, and let’s face it… yours truly wasn’t much of a “girly girl” until the last several years.
I was digging through old photos seeing if I could find a good picture of my hair (because it was usually in a ponytail), and I found one of myself and Byron. Byron is now retired in Colorado was a hearing assistance dog.
Yes. That’s me. Barely legal with a mop to my waist. And no tan either, yeesh.
Anyway.
So I’ve always wanted to do something different with my hair and have always chickened out short of some layers or a little length trimmed off. (If you search my blog you can find an old pic of me from a few years passed when I did that.)
This time, I wanted something better. After hours of searching and hoarding little picture clippings, I decided to go with bangs.
Isn’t that gorgeous? Of course, as soon as I get my hair cut I see this style everywhere from the latest (LATEST, KELLE, NOT LAST MONTH!) edition of InStyle to celebrities and whatnot. Someone called me the blonde Lady Gaga over the weekend. Weird. Who is she? (J/k.)
Personally, I think I look like a Dominatrix now. Or at least, it certainly seems to fit the part in red leather and boots. Speaking of boots…

i love the new look Miss Snow. i do believe, however, that You have always looked like a dominatrix, irrespective of Your hair. You certainly look the part up close and in person.
But, the red leather and boots sounds fantastic.
