Q: Where is your facility located?

We are centrally located in Columbus on the east side. We are approximately 15 minutes from downtown, less than 10 from the Columbus International Airport. Wicked Eden is located in a safe and clean corporate center, with ample parking and no crime problems.

Q: What hours do you take appointments?

We generally take appointments from 10:00 AM to Midnight, 7 days a week. Sessions may not start any later than 11 PM. Not all staff members are available during all hours, so it advisable to call to check a staff member's availability. The number to the dungeon is 888-873-8465. This line is answered from 9 AM - 11PM, EST.

Q: Do you take weekend or same-day appointments?

We do. Some staff members may or may not be available during your desired times, however, so we suggest that you allow for several days notice if you need a specific time or day. Call for the most recent availability.

Q: Is the initial consultation necessary?

Yes, and it is for your benefit. We have found that the best way to a great session vs. a mediocre one is to fully understand an individuals desires and experiences. This means that you get personalized treatment, not just session #314, conducted on autopilot.

Q: Why do I need to pay a membership fee?

Several reasons. First, by operating Wicked Eden as a private club, it ensures our clients and staff the utmost amount of privacy. This fee grants you membership to that club. Second, we take time to understand YOU and YOUR interests, as no two people are the same with regards to their interests and fetishes. Lastly, requiring you to pay the fee prior to the first appointment acts like your session deposit. Our staff members' time is very important, so cancellations and no-shows are not desired. Lastly, what is $50 if it means you get a superior experience, each and every time you come? Isn't that why you want to be here?

Q: Do you see women or couples?

Absolutely. All the staff members enjoy seeing men, women, and couples. In fact, some of them specialize in those type of sessions!

Q: What do I need to do to prepare for a session?

We ask that you arrive clean, neat, and dressed in business casual. For individuals who request anal play, an enema several hours beforehand is recommended (unless the enema is to be part of the session).

Q: What things are allowed and not allowed?

Wicked Eden does not offer or permit any type of illegal sexual activity. This includes oral or manual stimulation, intercourse, or other activities against local ordinances. We are a clean and respected business, and follow all local rules and regulations. Additionally, we do not permit activities that are beyond the scope of the questionnaire, or that may be potentially dangerous to those involved. We DO allow thorough enjoyment of fetishes and interests, in a safe and well-equipped environment, with people who are there for the love of what they do.

Q: Can I make a special request, such as a specific type of clothing?

Absolutely. Mention it when you call or email, and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.

Q: How to I get in contact with a specific staff member?

An individual member can choose whether or not to disclose their email address after your first appointment. Some people prefer to not deal with the hassle of emails, whereas others enjoy on-going contact. If you would like to speak to a staff member via phone, call our main number and request a call from him or her.

Q: I would like to send a gift, letter, or token in the mail. Where do I send it?

We do not accept mail or deliveries at the dungeon address. You can send it to our private mailbox, and it will be delivered to the right individual. Our mailing address is:
